Kilmarnock Match Preview | May 2025

Kilmarnock vs Dundee

10/5/25

3pm kick-off

William Hill Premiership

The BBSP Stadium Rugby Park

Dundee travel to Ayrshire on Saturday to take on Kilmarnock, with only three league matches left this season. This is the fourth meeting of the sides this season, but the first meeting of the teams in 2025. The three meetings so far this season came in October and November 2024. The two matches at Dens Park were dramatic encounters. Both matches had five goals, the first one was late drama for Killie as they came back from 2-0 down to beat Dundee 2-3. Then in the second match at Dens, Dundee did to Kilmarnock what they previously did to them and came back from two down to win 3-2 right at the death. The third meeting which was played in Kilmarnock ended in a 1-1 draw, Lyall Cameron opened the scoring for The Dee but Bobby Wales scored nine minutes later to secure a draw for Kilmarnock.

Since the last meeting at the end of November, both teams have had tricky spells which has resulted in both clubs finishing in the bottom half of the table. Kilmarnock have had the perfect start to their split fixtures with two wins out of two, against Ross County and St Johnstone and they will be looking for three wins in a row on Saturday. Dundee will be looking to bounce back from Saturday’s defeat to Motherwell.  It’s 9th versus 10th on Saturday, with Kilmarnock currently four points ahead of Dundee going into this match.

Supporter Information

Dundee supporters will be seated in the upper tier of the Chadwick Stand.

Turnstiles open at 2pm.

No cash gate available.

Supporter buses should park in Burnside Street (KA1 4EU) or Holmquarry Road (KA1 4DA), Kilmarnock resulting in a short 10 minute walk to the stadium.

Plenty of on street parking, for cars, is available in the vicinity of the stadium but we would ask all supporters to be mindful of local residents. The streets immediately surrounding Rugby Park are subject to a recently introduced match day TRO with clear signage in place.

Catering kiosks are all contactless, no cash.

Section Dee Flag, drum and megaphone can be allowed entry but will be subject to security checks on entry.

You may be asked to submit to search as a condition of entry to the Stadium. Do not bring pyrotechnics to the Stadium. They are illegal and inherently dangerous. It is an offence to attempt to enter the stadium in possession of alcohol or if you are considered to be drunk.

There will be a foodbank collection, at the rear of the Moffat Stand (adjacent to the turnstiles), from 1.30pm. Any donations from the visiting support will be gratefully accepted.
